1. Memoranda relative to the business, etc., of the King’s Remembrancer’s Office, Exchequer, temp. Elizabeth and James I. f. 1.
2. Order of the Court of Exchequer, concerning constats to be made out of the rolls of the pells, for payments of all sums into the Court of Receipt. Term. Mich. 9 Nov 34 Elizabeth. f. 2.
3. Charge, or oath, administered to certain persons appointed to inquire respecting fees in the Court of Exchequer. f. 3.
4. ‘Copye of the Heads delivered Mr. Attorney by the Tellers, concerninge the Privye Seale to Sr. David Conningham, for the receipt of Severall monies for the great Leavell.’ Ib.
5. Warrant from James Ley, Earl of Marleburgh, Lord Treasurer, to Sir Edward Wardour, knight, clerk of the pells, to reserve upon a distinct account all such monies as were raised by the sale of the King’s lands or by the loans in hand (not dated). f. 4.
