A folio volume of 134 pages, written in the hand of Sir Henry St George (?) Clarenceux, consisting of:-
1. A ceremonial of the Proclaiming of his Majesty King James the Second, the 6th day of February, 1684/5. Pages 1-3.See another copy, MS. Add. 6338. Page 61.
2. The Preparations and Orders together with the solemnity observed at the private Interment of his late Majesty King Charles the second, who was buried at Westminster upon Saturday the 14th day of February, 1684. Page 5-14.
3. The Orders and solemnity of the Coronation of King James the second and Queen Mary, (23 April, 1685). Page 17-64, 73-134.There is a duplicate copy (with some variations) of the last mentioned ceremonial. A minute account is given of the proceedings of the Privy Council from day to day, as well as of the Ceremonial. Drawings are inserted at pages *42-*44. of the Regalia, similar to those in Sir Edward Walker’s account of the Coronation of Charles II published in 8o[Octavo] London, 1820. See MS Add. 6338. Pages 63 for a third copy in the same handwriting.
