A thin volume in folio of 51 folios, in which are collections partly written, and partly printed, relating to the Maundy Service, and touching for Kings Evil [tuberculous cervical lymphadenitis or 'scrofula']. Viz.
1. The office for the Maundy; received from Sir Richard Kaye, Bar[one]t, 1801. Folios 1-7.
2. Another copy, in the handwriting of Mrs S[arah].S[ophia]. Banks. Folios 17-21.
3. Rules of the Almonry office, March, 1790. Folios 29, 30.
4. Letter from Sir Richard Kaye, Bar[one]t to Miss Banks: relative to the distribution of the Maundy money, with a copy of the Petition of Mary Lewis to the Archbishop of York, Lord High Almoner. Dated Lincoln, 5 November, 1800. Folios 31, 32.
5. Printed notice from a Newspaper, of the Maundy, 13 April, 1811. Folio 33.
