A folio volume (42 folios), containing:
1. A copy of the statutes of the Order of the Garter as reformed by King Henry VIII. With the additional chapters made annis 4, 7, 8, 9, and 13 of Elizabeth. Prefixed is a list of the Founders. (folios 1-16b)
2. The case of the Earl of Coventry, etc. upon the Appeal of Gregory King, Lancaster Herald, from the Court of Chivalry to the Delegates. Copied by Mr. Banks from a printed paper in a Collection of Heraldry, chiefly made by Sir Henry St. George, Garter, in the possession of Dr. Wynne, 1805. (folios 18-21)
3. Certificate of Sir John Dugdale, knight, Norroy, constituting Richard Bassano, Painted, and John Lamb, Coach maker of Lichfield, his true and lawful deputies for setting forth arms. Dated 28 November 1689. (Copied from a printed bill). (folio 22)
