ff. 2r-155vTitle: לקט שירים וספרותTitle: Leḳeṭ shirim ṿe-sifrutIncipit: שכל מצייר יום אשר ציירתי f. 2rPoetical works by Immanuel ben Solomon of Rome, Judah ha-Levi, Zerahiah ha-Levi, Jediah ben Abraham Penini, Jacob Frances, and Samson Kohen Modon.
Ff. 42r-45v: Baḳashat ha-Memim by Yeda'yah ha-Penini beginning: בקשה שחבר החכם ... ר' ידעיה הפניני בר אברהם זלה"ה .
Ff. 48v-59v: a digest of grammar by Judah Briʾel entitled כללי הדקדוק.
F. 61 and onwards: poems by Yaʿaḳov and Immanuʾel Frances and by Shimshon Kohen Modon (שכ"ם). Date at the bottom of f. 61v: התפ"ד, that is, 1723/4. F 64v: כה ידבר יהודה בריאל בעדו ובעד קהל ישראל . With numerous correstions.
Ff. 71r-71v: remedies.
Ff. 73v-155v: remedies in Italian (Latin characters) ; ff. 154-151r: index (from left to right!).
F. 145r: a poem by Shimshon Kohen Modon from the year תפ"ד (in 1723/4).
Also includes: excerpts from the notebooks of Immanuel of Rome, poems for weddings among which a poem in Hebrew and Italian (f. 34v) and a "wedding poem" from the year ע’ת (in 1709/10) (f. 46v), and a disputation between the reason and the will, begins with: איש היה בארץ עוץ ושמו דן (ff. 21v-29v), at its end י"ב (Judah Briʾel?).

Ownership inscriptions(?) on f. 155v: 'Lazzaro d'Italia', 'Aron d'Italia', '... Isachi' (f. 155v); 'Caliman d'Italia' (front flyleaf (ii)v). The name 'Caliman d'Italia' appears in some documents in the Archive of the Mantua Jewish Community (http://digiebraico.bibliotecateresiana.it/index_filze.php)
Inscription in Italian on front flyleaf (ii)r and back flyleaf (i)r by the same hand, hardly legible.
Acquisition note on back flyleaf (ii)v: 'Bought of Luzac & Co. 9. Apr. 1927.'; date of accession 27 April 1927.
