Main text begins: בשני בשבת ארבעה עשר יום לחדש תשרי שנת חמשת אלפים ת'מ'א' לבריאת עולם ... פה סיניגאלייא ... על כיף ימא ועל נהרי פיננא ניבולא וציסאנו .

Decoration
Images of towns, monuments and Holy Land sites with captions within a floral border: Bethlehem, Tower of David the Temple, the prison courtyard where Jeremiah was kept captive, etc. On the very top in a medallion: Hebron with the tombs of the Patriarchs and a peacock. On the lower register on two sides of the main text biblical locations: Gilgal, Laishah (Isaiah 10:31), and Makedah (Joshua 15:40) on the left side, and Eglon (Joshua 15:39), Levonah (Judges 21:19), and Bet El on the right side.
