The bridegroom is Isaac ben Moses Palagi (יצחק ... בכ"ר משה פאלאגי), the bride is Esther bat Shabtai Della Rocca (אסתר ... בת ... שבתי דילא רוקא). The groom signed it in Italian: 'Isache Palagi Sposo affermo quanto sopra. Witnesses: 'Funaro(?) testimonio, David Ottolenghi testimonio. Addition in Italian by officials: 'Si dichiara dal sottoscritto ... dell Uffizio del Registro...'.

ברביעי בשבת בארבעה עשר יום לחדש ניסן שנת חמשת אלפים ושש מאות וארבע לבריאת עולם ... פה ליוורנו ... על כיף ימא....

Three stamps: black round stamp with the inscription: 'Bollo Straordinario Livorno' in the upper left corner; round black stamp with a crowned figure in the upper right corner; and a partially visible oval black stamp over the Italian addition.

Main text is surrounded by quotes from Ruth 4:11, Ps. 128:3, Proverbs 18:22, Num. 6:24.
