F. 1v: ואני בעניי בספרי אשר כתבתי והדפסתי פה אמסטרדם בתשו' ל"ח שהשבתי ללונדריש שבאינגלאטיירה ; ובפרט פה אמסטרדם.

The responsum in Sefardi script signed by Ẓeṿi Hirsch ben Jacob Ashkenazi (1660-1718) on f. 2r: כנפש צבי אשכנזי ס"ט.

At the end of the responsum on f. 2r in Ashkenazi cursive script addition by Ẓevi Hirsch Ashkenazi's son, Jacob Emden beginning with ולעד ישוב קושית מהריף הנ' פשוט דטבא לה עבדינן לא ימלוכי בחכם דילמא לא דיין .... At the end: דברי יעב"ץ בהגאון המשיב. Autograph?

The bifolio is probably from a manuscript containing Ẓevi Hirsh Ashkenazi's responsa copied in a neat Sefardi hand, and annotated by his son.
