The papers of Ali Paşa (1815-1871), several times Grand Vizier and Foreign Minister in the reign of Abdülaziz (1861-1876), laminated and guarded in two volumes. The papers, which are not organized according to any particular scheme, have suffered much from damp.

(ff. 160-174v) Official letters ;
(ff. 174v-175r) A balance sheet for the Hazine-yi Has, dated 18 August 1275 AH/1858 CE.
The items in this volume date from 1283 to 1290 AH (1866-74 CE).

The contents of this volume are all drafts of official letters, except for ff 181 and 207, both of which are private letters, and an official memorandum concerned with money-changers, dated 1140 AH (1761 CE) (f. 327r).
