Colophon the the recto side refers only to this leaf. It gives the date 1886 SE (1574/5), and the scribe's name: Shalom ben Zachariah ben Shalom knowns as אלתנעמי, and the name of the patron: Abraham ha-Kohen ben Saadia ben Abraham.
