Collation
15 quires: i-xiv8 (ff. 1-112), xv8-1 (ff. 113-119), and numerous quires with unfoliated blank leaves.
Catchword on almost every page.
Condition
Usage stains, dirt, liquid damage.
Collation is falling apart, some leaves have come loose.

Section headings are larger, often in capital letters.

Additions:F. 120 is half of a much smaller bifolio glued onto the leaf after f. 119. It contains text for lighting candles at Hanukah.

Hebrew notes in pencil on the margins.
Binding
Leather binding. Front and back covers might have been replaced. Boxed.

Yiddish purchase note on back pastedown, dated Szentkirály, 1850: פר דעם סידר קסט ו' גילדן מיט 30 קרייצר אשר כץ ...ר"ר יצחק ז"ל 1850 שנת תר"י לפ"ק פוה סענקיראיי. The buyer paid 6(?) Gulden 30 Kreuzer for the prayer book.
Moses Gaster (b. 1856, d. 1939), scholar and rabbi: his manuscript, Cod. G. 1361; purchased by the British Museum from him on 12 April, 1924; accession date 10 February 1932.
