ff. 1r-163vTitle: בקשות של שבת וחול ופיוטיםTitle: Baḳashot shel Shabat ṿe-ḥol u-fiyuṭimIncludes among others compositions by Moses ben Jacob (e.g. f. 21r), Jacob ben Joseph (e.g. f. 125r), Samuel ben Hayyim (e.g. f. 59r), Samuel Aroliyo (שמואל ארוליו) (e.g. ff. 32r, 53v, 55r), Isaac Luria (e.g. f. 44v), etc.
Date mentioned 593 (1832/3) on f. 57v: שלי אני הצעיר שבציעני ... בשנת תקצ"א ואני בן.
Leaves from printed versions of piyutim and bakashot are bound in several places throughout the manuscript: ff. 8-10, 44-45, three unfoliated leaves after f. 162.
With additional texts by other hands at the beginning and end.

F. 28 is torn, only a stub has remained.
Collation is falling apart, f. 82 has come loose.
