Ownership inscription by Efraim Luzatti (probably identical with Salvador Luzatto) on f. 1r: הצעיר אפרים לוצאטי.

Paper waste as pastedowns containing fragments of a list with dates from 1686s-1708.

Moses Gaster (b. 1856, d. 1939), scholar and rabbi: his manuscript, Cod. G. 1045; purchased by the British Museum from him on 12 April, 1924; date of accession 1 October 1931.
