An Armeno-Turkish treatise about foods in relation to health, written in notrgir hand. The manuscript lacks a title or title page, and begins with the Bismillah.
Each section (fasl) of the text is begin with an ornate capital in red, yellow and blue ink and gold leaf, and paragraphs are started with a majuscule letter in red ink. The sections are as follows:
ff. 2r-5v : Fasli evvel, ekmek yemeği müteallik kavaidin beyandindedir.
ff. 5v-7r : İkinci fasl, su içmeği müteallik olanı beyanidir.
ff. 7v-10r : Üçüncü fasl, asnafi hububun tabietlerini ve vicüdi insane mütaellik faideleri beyanindedir.
ff. 10v-12v : Dördüncü fasl, halk icinde meşhur olan lehumin tabietleri ve vicüdi insane müteallik olan faydeleri beyanindedir.
ff. 12v-13r : Beşinci fasl, dağlarda ve sahralerde sayd olunan vahşi hayvanat(ı)n etleri ve tabietleri beyanindedir.
ff. 13r-15r : Altıncı fasl, hevade uçan kuşların lehumini beyanindedir.
ff. 15r-17v : Yedinci fasl, deryade ve göllerde sayd olunan balıklar(ı)n tabietlerin beyanindedir.
ff. 17v-19r : Sekizinci fasl, sümden has(ı)l olan eşyan(ı)n tabietleri ve vicüdi insane müteallik faydeleri beyanindedir.

ff. 53v-58r : On yedinci fasl, ademi semirdib kuvvetin ziade ve kuvveti cimaiyyesin artır(ı)b hini mücemeatde ere ve avrete ziade lezzet viren devalerin beyanindedir.
ff.58v-60r : Principal colophon, title 'Hat metül kitab' in red ink. The transcribed text is as follows:
Hat metül kitab bu Abdi Fakir Zeynülayedin ben Halil idep ki but kıteabi müstetabe nazar olan bilüp ve ageah olsun ki bu kitabde derc itdiyim mesaili tıbbiyeyi ebbül hükema olan hazreti İdris aleyhis selamın (?) zemanında sene tesa ve selasin ve elif tarihine gelince hükema teelif itdüyi kütbi meşhurde mevcud olan akvali makmulei istenka (?) idüp etbba ihteyar eyledüyi mesafi istehraç idüp bu kıtabi telif eyledim. Lakin eşyayi mühtelifeyi cümle cem itmeyi ihtemam eyledim. Zira cümle alel tefsil tahrir eyldim ahznie imkean olmayup hıfzi güç olur idi. Zira her kelamın muhtasari matlub ve hıfzi asan olazan dır. Hazrete Cabir rivayet ider hayrennas minyefiünnas.
Hadisi şerifinin mazmunince ammei nas bu ilme şerifde mahrom kalmayup mündefi olalar ve nefi hasıl oldukça bu hagiri fatehi ile yad (?) edeler ilmi tıbbie şerif ilim bir ki edyani mühtelifeden bir kimesne (?) yoktur ki buni inkür ide. İmdi her kişiye layık dır ki ilmi tıbban bir mikdar öyrenüp nişvedar ve fenni tabahiden hüsedar ola. Müğtedil feni tabayii belmeyüb makülat ve meşrubat ve melbusat. Ve meşmumat umumrunde her biri bir ustadi fabkdan (?) ve tebbe hazıkdan süal itmeyi mühtaç ola. Bulmaduği vakıtde bu kıtabe nazar itüb mücübiyle amelide.
İlahi reca iderem ki bu kitabi müstetab(ı)n süturinde vaki olan kusurinde (?) kalemi kerem ile setr idüp islah iden civanın
Mekamini hod iderem eyleyareb reca iderem ki bu kitabe malek olup metali itmeyi taleb olan bimarun hecranine revayet didarun ile derman eyle ve bu kitab telefine tarihi Cemazül ahırın vasatende mübaşeret olunup ol zeman bu fakir mahmiye İstanbolda Ebu el feth sultan muhammed han aliyehül rahmetehü vel ğaffuran temarhanesinde reis etbba idinm 17 günde tesvid idüp temam iyledim.
The text ends with the invocation 'Elhamdülillah teala'.

ff.61r-65v : A separate text entitled "Bazı havaslar beyanindedir."
The manuscript contains one unvan on f. 2r in blue, yellow, green and red ink, with gold leaf. The same page includes a floral (?) motif along the right-hand side of the page in the same inks.
The manuscript was copied by Abdi Fakir Zeynülayedin ben Halil in Cemazülahir vasatende 1039 AH (1630). The copyist did this over 17 days while the Head of Doctors at the Ebü'l-feth Sültan Muhammed Han Hospital in İstanbul.
