Quires: i16-1 (ff. 16-30), ii16 (ff. 31-46), iii16-3 (ff. 47-59), iv16-2 (ff. 60-73), v16-1? (ff. 74-87 or 88). From f. 88 leaves are loose, quires are hard to determine. Inner parchment bifolio and last parchment leaf are missing from quire iii.
Catchword on every verso.
Condition
First 15 folios are missing.
Usage stains, water damage, worm damage.
Parchment folios have shrunk.
Collation is falling apart.
