Ownership inscriptions: שלי אני הצעיר ... ... מורדכי אזולאי בר חיים אזולאי יוספ אזולאי יצ"ו (f. 92r, within the initial-word panel); זה הפנקס של ... יוסף אלבאז וקניתי מאיתו אני מרדכי בן חיים אזולאי (f. 100r). The latter says that this notebook used to belong to Yosef Albaz who sold it to Mordekhai Azulai ben Ḥayim Azulai.
Moses Gaster (b. 1856, d. 1939), scholar and rabbi: his manuscript, Cod. G. 14; purchased by the British Museum from him on 12 April, 1924; date of accession 6 July 1927.
