- Glazed paper. 245 folios. 18.4 x 12.7 cm (written surface 12.7 x 8.3 cm). Folios 5v and 8r have been scaled off, later hands have added notes to folios 1r and 5v. Text is 21 lines, in large bolorgir, with initial letters in red. Binding is modern, half-bound in purple leather.
