ff. 1r-261vTitle: סדור מנהג תימן לימים נוראים וסכותTitle: Sidur minhag Teman le-Yamim Noraʼim ṿe-SukotWith a commentary on Ets ha-Hayim (the Tree of Life) by Yaḥya ben Yosef Ibn Tzalah; f. 1r: .
Begins with introductions, which were printed at the beginning of a Tiklal (a yemenite Siddur), one of them is by Yehudah Tsa’adi ben Shelomoh: מורי זקיני מהר"ר צאלח ... יקרא פרי צדיק ... (f. 7v).
Ff. 1r-5r: Introduction; ff. 5r-8r: Second Introduction. Ff. 4r-4v, outer and lower margins: the copyist added a polemical piece, arguing against those who converted the traditional customs of their forefathers to Isaac Luria’s (ha-Ari’s) version of praying with mystical intentions (kavanot). At the end of the polemics he wanted to copy the "words of my teacher [..] in the book Nefesh ha-Hayim" but he didn’t: אעתיק לך בס"ד דברי מורי הגאון מהר"ח ז"ל בס' נפש החיים שער ב' ... (end of marginal text on f. 4v).

Collation is falling apart, some leaves have come loose.
Usage stains, slight iron gall ink corrosion.
Smudged ink on f. 154r.
Last three back flyleaves are mutilated.
