Summary of Contents: Miscellaneous collection of hagiographic works on prophets, saints, and imams, with special reference to the martyrs of Karbala. Volume not dated; item a dated (27 Rajab 1230/5 July 1815). Scribal nastaʿlīq and shikastah āmīz. Stamped foliation. Lacking original binding. Binding damaged (combed marble paper with brown leather edging over delaminating and crumbling pasteboards), labels. Folios unbound; cropped, wormholes, later repairs. Hagiographic treatise collecting traditions and anecdotes relating to the patriarchs, prophets, caliphs, imams, saints, mystics, and kings, organised into thirty-three chapters, by Sayf al-Ẓafar Nawbahārī.
Dated colophon (f. 92r): completed at dawn on the morning of Thursday, 27 Rajab in RY9 of Emperor Muḥammad Akbar II, 1230/5 July 1815.
At the beginning (f. 1r) are three large vifq al-aʿdād or magic number squares (7 x 7; 8 x 8; 9 x 9).
