- Vellum. 184 folios, of which 2 at each end are fragments of an older manuscript written in erkat'agir, dating to the 11th or 12th century. 11.5 x 8.5 cm (written surface 7.5 x 5.5 cm). Text is written in bolorgir in 16 or 17 lines, with bird letters introducing most hymns. Neumes are added. Binding is modern black leather.
