A volume containing three masnavis copied probably in the 18thor early 19th century by Kayqubād son of Rustam
Contents:
- (1) Amshāsfand’nāmah (امشاسفند نامه) , a poetical version of an older prose-treatise which describes the functions and duties of the thirty-one Amesha spantas (ff. 1r-45v); preceded (f. iiv) by unidentified verses;
- (2) Rustam va Isfandiyār (رستم و اسفندیار), the story of Rustam and Isfandiyar (ff. 45v-110v);
- (3) Ḥikāyat-i Shāh Niẓām (حکایت شاه نظام), an account of the killing of several Dastūrs by order of Shāh Niẓām in the year 724 of the Yazdigird era (1355 CE) (ff. 110v-124r); followed (f. 124) by unidentified verses.
