Ownership inscriptions on f. 1r: הצעיר חי משה פיגוטו ס"ט, אהרן אלטראס ס"ט.

Moses Gaster (b. 1856, d. 1939), scholar and rabbi: his manuscript, Cod. G. 929; purchased by the British Museum from him on 12 April, 1924; date of accession 12 April 1930.
