ff. 1r-250vTitle: סדור האר"יTitle: Sidur ha-AriIncipit: הנהגות התפילה וקצת יחודים מהאר"י זלה"הHanhagot (customisations) of the prayer and a few yihudim prior to praying. Also includes mystical intentions (kaṿanot) of prayers for the entire year.
The three hymns on the Sabbath composed by Luria are accompanied by the commentary of Israel Sarug. This commentary has been printed under the title Neʿim zemirot Yiśraʾel in Warsaw 1882.
Ff. 212r-223r: a commentary on Pirke Avot (Ethics of the Fathers).
Ff. 226v-250v: a commentary on poems for the Sabbath by Isaac Luria (ha-Ari), with a commentary by Yiśraʾel Saruk.

Additions:Small paper slip fixed onto f. 1r with notes regarding the manuscript by a modern, Ashkenazi hand: סידור הנהגת התפלה של הרב זללה"ה נכתב מאת נפתלי אשכנזי והוא מוגה הרבה ויקר במציאתו כמעט אין תמורתו. ... וכתב שם מנהג מורי זללה"ה היה לילך בכל יום שבת לכותל מערבי וחולק עליו כל חכמי אשכנז שהיו בירושלים וקבעו יום ה' כי באלף חמישי נחרב הבית וגם על ... סוד הוא כנגד הוד וכתב והודי נהפך עלי למשחית וכן נהגו אחרי מותו. אחרי זה הי' השרים של שבת מהאר"י זל להר"י סרוק נר"ו ומזה נתבאר שהיה חי בזמן אחר ובימי הר"י סרוק ז"ל.
