Water damage, mould, worm damage.

Collation is falling apart, several leaves and bifolios are loose, especially the first quire.

Purchase note by M. Gaster on f. 1r: 'from Musayef Jerusalem - 759 M. Gaster'.

Moses Gaster (b. 1856, d. 1939), scholar and rabbi: his manuscript, Cod. G. 759; purchased by the British Museum from him on 12 April, 1924; date of accession 4 December 1929.
