The Şerhü'l-kebair, a text composed by İsmail Hakkı Bursevi in 1116 AH (1704 CE) regarding the Islamic legal concepts of fiqh and kalam, with particular focus on explanations of the major sins.
The manuscript features one unvan on f. 1r illuminated with floral patterns in light blue, light pink, dark pink, yellow, orange, red, green and black inks as well as gold leaf. Ff. 1v-2r also include gold-leaf roundels between phrases.
F. 1r contains an Arabic inscription in black ink of the following text:
السلام عليكم يا رجال الغيب يا ارواح المقدسة
اغيثوني بغوثة وانظروني بنظرة واعينوني بقوة
The manuscript was copied on 27 Cumaziyelevvel 1240 (17 January 1825) by Efkaru'l-Abad el-Seyyit Hafız el-Seyyit ül-Hac Mehmet Emin.
