Copied from the printed edition, Salonika 5501 AM (1740/1 CE), until the end of the Shaḥarit prayer (f. 85r), from there onwards compilations from the book with numerous supplements by the copyist.
Among others additions to the Song of Songs in Hebrew translation of the Aramaic translation (cf. marginal note on f. 151r) (ff. 151r-165v), which begins with שיר ושבח אשר אמר שלמה המלך ברוח הקודש לפני אדון כל העולם ה; and the scroll of Ruth with a Hebrew translation of the Aramaic translation (ff. 199r-203r) which begins with י’ רעבון חזקים הם אשר גזרו מן שמייא על העולם; a calendar of the year 5558 AM (1797/8 CE) (ff. 211r-217r); Birkat ha-mohel for circumcision (f. 226v); liturgical poem for the festival of Shavuʿot by Samuel ben Nethanel Barazani (f. 229r).
Includes piyutim by Yehoshua ben Mordekhai (f. 217v etc.), who might be the copyist Yehoshua ben Mordekhai Mizraḥi, and by Ḥizḳiah ben Azariah (f. 225v etc.).
Added to the beginning of the manuscript: medical recipes (f. 1r: לכאב הראש יש עשב שמו שפלא...), lots of divinations in the margins (e.g. f. 2r), and a responsa (questions and ten answers beginning: אתחיל לכתוב גורלות של רבינו הקדוש ז"ל) (ff. 1v-3v).
pF. 3v: a drawing explaining the laws regarding buying and selling siman 217 and siman 6 in Shulhan Arukh Hoshen Mishpat.
Ff. 4r-6r: piyutim for Simhat Torah according to the rite of Aleppo.
F. 6v: novellae on chapter six of Tractate Avot.
At the end: homiletic commentaries (f. 232); additional piyutim among which"to our teacher […] the sage Mordechai ben Nisan" (f. 234v).
Ff. 236v-237r: Sefer ha-Goralot by Yehudah ben Eliʿezer. The introduction reads: גורלות אלו המה בנויים ומסודרים על דרך ה חומשי תורה וסימניהם; סגולות בדוקים (f. 237v); blessings (f. 238r).
