Հայր եւ Որդի եւ Հոգի Ա[սդուա]ծ օգնեայ ինձ ըստ նըվաստութեան իմոյ շարատրեցից առ ի հաւադացեալ Ժողովըրդոցհասվանուլ եւ լըսել Վասն ուրբաթի մեծի վըտայկի խաչելութեան Քրիստոսի:
The first and last paragraphs of the text are in Western Armenian, with the interceding text in Armeno-Turkish, except for scriptural quotes in Classical Armenian (signaled by round brackets).
