A collection of various gurrenameler, preceded by a table giving the 99 names of God. The second gurrename (f. 3v) bears the name Yusuf and the date 1086 AH (1675-76 CE). It provides the days of the week on which the first day of each hijri month falls.
The manuscript includes a number of important tables, including the following:
f. 5r : Daire-yi cerh ve gurrename, containing a pinwheel attached to the main page by a string.
f. 15v : Ruzname-i mergup, a concordance of Rumi and Hijri dates (18th century?).
f. 22r : Ricalu'l-gayip, a gurrename of a different form that includes auspicious dates for invoking holy personages with appropriate prayers. The gurrename takes the form of a wheel around an image of the Kâbe (Kaaba).
f. 25r : A table showing the phases of the moon.
f. 25v : A correction to the Ruzname-yi mergup.
f. 29v : A table showing the auspicious days associated with the seven planets.
f. 30r : A table showing when the rainbow occurs.
f. 30v : A table regarding the taking of blood.
The manuscript contains several illuminated unvans, found on ff. 1v, 3v, 5r-7v, and 15v, as well as numerous pages of marbling (between ff. 4 and 5; between ff. 6 and 7; between ff. 9 and 10; between ff. 12 and 13; between ff. 15 and 16; between ff. 18 and 19; between ff. 21 and 22; between ff. 24 and 25; between ff. 29 and 30; and pasted to the back of ff. 33.
This item also features intricate katia work (cut paper designs), some of which include calligraphic text. These can be found on ff. 4r, 8r, 11r, 14r, 17r, 20r, 23r, 26r, 28a, 31r, and 33r).
