Tibetan translation of a popular canonical text from the beginning of the Tantra section of the Buddhist canon (bka' 'gyur).

Forms part of a vademecum style booklet preceded by Or 12026, a popular praise of Tsongkhapa, the founder of the dGe lugs pa tradition by one of his main disciples.
