The copyist is probably Siyāvakhsh ibn Ūrmazdyār (f. 39v)ff. 1v-24vTitle: Jāmah-i ikhtiyārātTitle: جامه اختیاراتAn astrological compilation in Persian ascribed to Ṣafī ibn Muḥammad Munajjam Jīlī Lāḥijī from various authors in 82 chapters with a khāṭimah.

RSPA 119-265 were presented to the Royal Society between 1864 and 1865 by Burjorjee Sorabjee Ashburner; bookplate: "Presented to the Royal Society / by Mr. Burjorjee Sorabjee Ashburner / May 1864".
The Royal Society's collection of 280 Persian and Arabic, and 86 Sanskrit manuscripts were transferred to the India Office Library in 1876.
