Two manuscripts bound together:
ff 1v-36v : Dīvān-i Ḥusaynī [ديوان حسينى], consisting of approximately 140 ghazels in Chagatai. Husayni was the takhallus of the last Timurid ruler of Iran, Abu'l-Ghazi Sultan Husayn Bayqara, who was born in 842 AH (1438-39 CE) and reigned 873-911 AH (1470-1504 CE). Most of the verses quoted by Mir Ali Shir in the notice which he devoted to his sovereign, Majalis an-Nafais, ff 112-129, and one quoted by Sam Mirza, are found in the present Divan. Some of the verses found in the present volume are also quoted in the Abushqa. The colophon of the volume states that the manuscript had been written on the order of Muhammad Taqi Beg Kesiktashi Shamlu. On the last page are two seals dated 1107 AH (1695 CE);
ff 38v-99v : The Divan of Nedim in Ottoman Turkish, dated Rebiülevvel 1195 AH (1781 CE). This divan comprises: Kasides, mostly addressed to Ahmet III and the two Grand Vezirs Ali Pasha and Ibrahim Pasha (ff 38v-71v); ghazels in alphabetical order, starting as they do in Or. 2836 (ff 71v-96r); Rubaiyyat (ff 96r-97r); and Mufredat and Mukattaat (ff 97r-99r).
The first manuscript of the codex was copied in Nastaliq calligraphy, while the second is in nesih. The manuscripts might have been copied in the Ottoman Empire.
