The first Divan of Alisher Navoiy, without a prose preface. This copy contains :
ff 1v-169r : Ghazals;
ff 169r-176r : Mustezad and other poems;
ff 176v-181r : A mesnevi poem;
ff 181r-198r : Other poems.
The manuscript was copied in the first half of the 16th century in Nastaliq hand. There are many Persian glosses to the work, as well as a variety of illustrations in early Safavid style. These can be found on ff 1v-2r, 15r, 46v, 53r, 85r and 136r. The manuscript also features two double-page and three single page unvans on ff 169v, 170r and 176v.
