This volume contains the following two works by Nergisi (died 1044 AH/1634 CE):
ff 1v-92r : Nihalistan, an ethical work composed in imitation of the Bustan and Gulistan of Sa'di, being the first portion of the Hamse of Nergisi;
ff 92v-125r : Münşeat-i Nergisizade, incorporating letters collected by Şeyh Mehmet İbn-i Mehmet Şeyhi.
Both texts were copied in the same hand, and the first one is dated 1101 AH (1689-90 CE).
