This volume contains a collection of fetava (fetvalar) by Veli İbn-i Yusuf, mostly those of Ebussuud Efendi, although there are also fetava by Ahmet Çelebi Efendi Kemalpaşazade, Çivizade Efendi Şeyh Mehmet İbn-i İlyas, Sa'di Çelebi Efendi and Ali Çelebi Cemali. The fetava are arranged according to the traditional order of subject in works of jurisprudence.

The manuscript has been incorrectly lettered as 'Muh. Kasim. Farhang-i Sururi. Persian.'
