This volume contains a manual of inşa with various models, beginning with a list of the Arabic words most frequently employed. Many folios are displaced and some have been bound upside down: f 29r should follow 7v, 2r and 28v while ff 8r-14v should come after 1v; after 7v, 29r; and after 28v, 2r. Folios 43r, 54r, 46r and 51v are all blank.
The manual was written and copied by Mehmet Vehbi in 1234 AH (1818-19 CE).
