This volume contains a history of the naval wars of the Ottomans compiled in 1067 AH (1656 CE) by Kâtip Çelebi. The text contains a considerable number of Greek glosses.

The manuscript was copied by İsmail İbn-i Mahmud, also known as Tophanelizade, in 1097 AH (1685-86 CE).
