This volume contains the following texts :
(I) ff 2v-15v : Qaṣīdat al-amālī, a theological poem in Arabic, with commentary;
(II) 16v-35v : Risālah fī’l-tajwīd or Al-durr al-yatīm, a treatise in Arabic by Mehmet İbn-i Pir Ali Birgivi on the recitation of the Qur'an, with commentary. This text is incomplete;
(III) ff 36v-45v : Taᶜlīm al-mutaᶜallim, a work on the principles and pursuit of knowledge in Arabic, also incomplete;
(IV) ff 46v-52v : An Ottoman Turkish tract on prayer by Kadızade Efendi. This tract, which is incomplete, is then followed by various notes and prayers in Arabic (ff 48r-52v);
(V) ff 53r-57v : Kasideler by Nef'i in praise of Ahmet I, some leaves of which have been displaced in binding (ff 64r-67r);
(VI) ff 58r-63v : Gazeller by Vecdi, some leaves of which have been bound between ff 72v-77v. Upon these folios, gazeller by Naili, Meyli, Nisati and Derviş Vani are written in the margins ;
(VII) ff 67v-70v and ff 78r-79v : Tracts, all of which are in Arabic except for the first.
Texts 1 and 2 are in the same hand and are dated 1085 AH (1674-75 CE). The other tracts in Ottoman Turkish are undated but appear to be roughly contemporary.
