This volume contains the biographies of Ottoman Turkish poets compiled by Latifi (Abdullatif Çelebi) in 953 AH (1546-47 CE).
The text contains a single unvan.
The manuscript was copied in two different nesih hands, with the break between the two occuring at f 79r. The latter portion of the manuscript has a colophon to the effect that it was copied by Mehmet İbn-i Abdullah in 1006 AH (1597-98 CE).
