This volume contains a religious and ethical mesnevi by Yusuf (see ff 11v, 101v, 115r) in alternating sections of irregular length in Ottoman Turkish, Arabic and Persian. Although the author of this work refers to sine and çak more than once, it is clear that the poem is not by Yusuf Sineçak because it does not appear in other lists of his work. Moreover, the work is dedicated to Ahmet I, who is mentioned as the fourteenth ruler of the dynasty, and all authorities agree that Yusuf Sineçak died in 953 AH (1546-47 CE). Apart from Sineçak, no other poet named Yusuf appears in the known tezkireler.
The poem is of extreme prolixity. A title appears on f 116r. The text contains a single unvan.
The manuscript was likely copied in the 17th century or early 18th century CE.
