This volume contains a treatise on diseases and their remedies written for Selim II by Derviş Nidai. It is a compilation made from various medical works, both in Arabic and Persian, and is divided into 60 bab. There are verse passages at both the beginning and end of the work, with the latter receiving the title Vasiyetname.

The manuscript was copied in 1106 AH (1694-95 CE).
