The representatives from the parties include Imperial Commissioner: Zhang, Yintang (張蔭堂) from China, Kalon (Cabinet Directer): Wang qu jie bu (汪曲結布) from Tibet, and Ambassador: Sir Ernest Colville Collins Wilton (韋禮敦) from Britain. This is a printed version and there are no stamps.
