A comedy in one act, composed for the delectation of the people during the celebration of the Spring festival (vasantamahotsava, viṣuvamahotsava)
The author was the son of Vāṇīnātha, and court chaplain of Lakṣmaṇapati, or Lakṣmaṇa Māṇikyadeva, son of Ghandharva Māṇikyadeva, of Bhūluyā-rājadhānī.
