Language(s): Sanskrit
Title: KṣemakutūhalaA manual of cookery based on hygienic principles composed in 12 chapters (utsava).
Dr Hass suggests that the beginning of the colophon should be read as bāṇākāśakṣitināthavatsare vikramāṃkite, which would make the date of the work saṃvat 1605. Perhaps nātha for nābda alone might suffice.
The imperfect Berlin Ms. of the work (Cat., no. 950) was copied in Saṃvat 1721.
