Vāsiṣṭhayogakāṇḍa

Title: VāsiṣṭhayogakāṇḍaA dialogue between Vasiṣṭha and his son Śakti, see Rāj. Mitra's Notices, i., p. 256, no. 453. It is identical with the Vasiṣṭhasaṃhitā of teh Oxford Cat., p.233, no. 565. But this copy has 8 adhyāyas, whilst the Oxford copy has only 4, th eintroduction being also more complete in this copy.
The contents of this work, as given in the Oxford Catalogue, refer only to the first four adhyāyas.
The fifth chapter is introduced by new questions of Śakti. The answere and the expositions of Vasiṣṭha take the 5th, 6th, and 7th adhyāyas (end fol.26v). Then again at the begining of the 8th chapter (26v) Śakti asks another question.
