The Ms. contains only a fragment of the Gaṇita-skandha (?), in 13 chapters.

The leaves are marked va॰ si॰; and fol. 1r and the fly-leaf contain the title śrīvṛddhavasiṣṭhasiddhāntaprārambhaḥ ||

For another Ms., consisting of 205 (?) leaves, but likewise ending with the 13th chapter, orkakṣādhikāra, see Rāj. Mitra, Notices, v., p. 219.
