A treatise in Jaina tenets.

Imperfect. Not very correct.

It begins after a Jaina diagram.

For this work see Weber, Berlin Catal., ii. 913; the first four Prakāśas, which alone were normally copied by scribes, were edited and translated by E. Windisch, Z.D.M.G., xxviii. 185 sq., 678, 679.

The Ms. breaks off, fol. 16v, in the first words of the colophon of P.IV.: iti paramā.

Prakāśa II begins fol. 3v; Prakāśa III begins fol. 7; Prakāśa IV begins fol. 12v.

There is a blank space in the centre of each page, up to fol. 9v inclusive, partly filled in with red pigment, which are carried up to the same point. Thereafter, while spaces are duly left, the numbers are not inserted.

Fol. 1v has on the right hand a large representation of Mahāvīra seated.
