A third copy, the other two copies are IO San 2152, IO San 1460.

The first leaf is missing, the second leaf begins with the last pāda of verse 4 of the introduction. This leaf as well as the next is injured.

A facsimile of one of the pages of this Ms has been published in the Palaographical Society's Oriental Series, part IV, with a descriptive account by Dr. Haas.

Several lacunae occur in the body of the work, esp. one extending from fol. 149b to 160a.
