A treatise on obsequies in 4 chapters.

The work has been printed at Benares (1855, 1864).

There is some confusion in the pagination, owing to foll. 67-78 having been bound in inverse order, and with a paper riversed, and two leaves being numbered 82 (and inserted between foll. 66 and 78).

Another Śrāddhaviveka was composed by Śūlapāṇi, cf. Rāj. Mitra, Notices, III., p. 37; VI., p. 143; IX., p. 251.
