There is a mystical figure in the middle of the first page.

The fourth (fol.17a) and the fifth piece (fol.21a) bears a pauranic character, it is part of an Amanaskakalpakhaṇḍa.
The last piece is by Gorakṣanātha(also Śaṃkaranātha, see the last couplets) in six upadeśas.
There is a note by Colebrooke on the first page: "Avadhūta yogī lacṣaṇa by Goracṣa nātha. Other forms observed by Avadhūta Yogīs". But this only holds good for the last chapter of the last piece. There is a mystical figure in the middle of the first page.
