This calligraphy in Tangut is by Dou Minli. On the manuscript there are details of content, purpose (for the British Library), date (autumn 2011), place of production (Yinchuan city) and the author (Minli) (大英圖書館存念。西夏釋文,書山尋珍。辛卯秋於銀川,民立).
There is a stamp of the author (竇民立書) . There is another stamp '吉祥' at the beginning.
